She is a 53 ft. ketch with a beam of 15 feet and a draft of 7 ft. She has a 100hp Yanmar auxiliary diesel engine, a 7 KW generator, 420 watts of solar and a wind generator. Inside, we have all the comforts of home, including three refrigerators/freezers, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, oven, watermaker and full entertainment system. L'ORIENT has been our full time home since 2011 and we love every minute aboard.
